- Bring a form of ID
- Children 12 years and older must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Anyone are receiving their second dose or needing an additional dose should bring their immunization card.
Make sure to select “Make an appointment”. When asked which county make sure to select Riverside. Look for clinic named “Reunion Fest Pfizer“ and schedule an appointment.
