GATES

Gates open at 2:00 PM. We ask that you do not line up at the entrances prior to 1:00 PM. Designated lines will be available for VIP and Preferred seating guests.
An express line will be available to all guests not bringing in a cooler or picnic basket.
Please note: All festival attendees, bags, and coolers will be screened for prohibited items prior to entry into the festival. We encourage the use of clear bags to speed up the check in process at the gates.
TICKETS
Guests may check in with either a smart phone, or physical print out that clearly displays ticket QR Code. Please have your ID available for validation. Under 21 will not be admitted to this event.
Tickets will be available at the gate if this event does not sale out but at an increased door price.
FOOD & BEVERAGES
We encourage and appreciate your support of our food and beverage vendors.
Reminder- Only non-alcoholic beverages are permitted in the festival. Coolers (see size allowance in RED) are allowed but will be checked for items that are not permitted at the festival. (See PROHIBITED ITEMS list below).
Picnic baskets and coolers measuring more than 15 inches wide,15 inches high or 22 inches long, WILL NOT be allowed past the ticket gate.

PARKING
Nearby parking is free and available during Festival hours.
Please Note: Handicap Spaces are limited.
Rideshare drop off and pickup will be located on the corner of Market and Hidalgo St.
PERMITTED ITEMS
Coolers, food, non-alcoholic beverages, low back chairs, plastic utensils, blankets, and small tables. We strongly encourage the use of clear bags to speed up the check-in process at the entrances.
Blanket Size: Maximum of 10’ x 10’
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Alcoholic beverages, animals, chairs with umbrella tops, glass or glass containers, illegal substances, open flames, prohibited inside the venue and within 20 feet of the park, tents, unauthorized vendors, umbrellas, video cameras or recording equipment, and weapons.
Please note: All festival attendees, bags, and coolers will be screened prior to entrance into the festival. Unauthorized items will be confiscated or will need to be returned to your vehicle.
COVID-19 SAFETY
The Reunion Festival’s priority is to ensure that all attendees, staff, and volunteers are safe. To ensure the safety of our guests, attendees must follow California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Guidance for face coverings. State and County health officers strongly recommend that attendees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, obtain a negative COVID-19 viral test prior to attending the event, and wear a face mask while in attendance. By purchasing a ticket to the Reunion Jazz & Blues Festival, you acknowledge there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are gathered. COVID -19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By attending the Reunion Jazz & Blues Festival, you voluntarily assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way with COVID-19 and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against the City of Riverside and the organizers of the Reunion Jazz & Blues Festival relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers. Please follow social distancing, wash/sanitize your hands and wear a mask to help protect yourself and others.
