What to Expect at the 2nd Annual Reunion Festival

We can't wait to see you Sunday, September 4th, at Riverside's White Park. Here are a few things to prepare before you come. Don't worry about the heat, we got you covered!




HEALTH & SAFETY


Our top priority is the health and safety of our audiences, artists, and staff. We are committed to ensuring you have a wonderful festival experience this year, confident in the procedures designed for a safe environment for all. The Reunion Jazz & Blues Festival team is working closely with local and state authorities and will follow all required COVID-19 health & safety guidelines in place at the time of the festival to offer a safe festival experience.

COVID-19 SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. By attending The Reunion Jazz & Blues Festival, you expressly agree to comply with all rules and safety guidelines put in place by the event organizers and voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, waiving all claims and potential claims against the event organizers, and their affiliated companies relating to such risks.

Reunion Jazz and Blues Festival Rules & Regulations

Tickets General Admission – General Admission tickets are available for open, lawn seating. Blankets and low-back lawn chairs are allowed. No high-back umbrella chairs, camping tents, and pop-up tents are allowed.

VIP Seating – This ticket provides private ticket entry and parking at the RCCD parking structure, VIP table seating (chair and table provided by the festival), access to a dedicated VIP restroom and bar, and two (2) Premium Drink Tickets.


Premium Seating - This ticket provides entry into the venue, up close premium and dedicated seating (chair provided by the festival), and premium bar access. Please note: This is not VIP admission or seating.


Preferred Seating - This ticket provides entry into the venue, up close preferred and dedicated seating (chair provided by the festival), and premium bar access. Please note: This is not VIP admission or seating.


General Admission - Seating for General Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis for grass seating. Bring your chairs and blankets, and find a comfortable spot to enjoy the festival.


Tickets will be available for purchase on the website until SOLD OUT.

Alcohol – Alcohol is not permitted in the park. Beer & Wine will be available for purchase.

Age - This event is for 21 and older

Food – PLEASE, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES! Security will check all coolers and confiscate any alcoholic beverages and open containers. Only SEALED non-alcoholic beverages are allowed (water, soft drinks, juice). All food items are OK.

Picnic Baskets/Coolers - Picnic baskets and coolers measuring more than 15 inches wide, 15 inches high, or 22 inches long won’t be allowed past the ticket gates.

BBQ pits – NO BBQ PITS OR OPEN FIRE WILL BE ALLOWED

Parking – Parking is available in several areas around the venue.

  • VIP Parking - ALL VIP PATRONS MUST SHOW THEIR VIP e-TICKETs TO PARK at the University Parking Structure Location for $5 (this is the RCCD Lot on the parking map).


  • Preferred, Premium, and General Admission Parking - These patrons can park at any of the surrounding location parking - see parking map.


  • Handicapped Parking - These patrons can park at the surrounding parking lots with a displayed handicapped sign. These patrons can also be dropped off at the front of the park entrance for convenience if desired.

Service Animals - Service and emotional support animals are allowed but must be registered and display proper harness identification. A designated relief area will be assigned.

Smoking – This is a NON-SMOKING EVENT.

Sponsors – The Reunion Festival partners with several sponsors and organizations who want to be part of rebuilding and restoring local businesses within the Riverside community and surrounding areas.

Handicapped Area – An area has been reserved outside the VIP/Sponsor area for those in wheelchairs and/or who find it physically difficult to see, hear and/or maneuver through the venue.

Gates Open – Gates open at 12 pm – All attendees must have an event-issued wristband.

Volunteers – Interested in volunteering email us.

Re-entry – To re-enter the venue, you must have your wristband on and your ticket in hand.

Refunds - The Reunion Jazz & Blues Festival has a no-refund policy, and all sales are non-refundable.

NO Saving areas/NO roping off!
